Terms of Service

1. The service

Virasy AI (“we”, “us”) turns business websites into short-form marketing videos. You provide a website URL; we analyze it and generate videos, scripts, and related content (“Generated Content”).

The service is provided as-is. Generation quality depends on the website you provide. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Websites you submit

You may only submit websites you own or are authorized to represent. Don't submit websites you don't control, private URLs, or content you don't have rights to.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the claims on your website. Our scripts are grounded in your site's content — if a claim on your site is false, it can end up in a video.

4. Generated Content and ownership

You own the Generated Content you create on paid plans and may use it for any purpose, including commercial use.

On the free trial, Generated Content is for evaluation and carries a watermark.

Generated Content is produced by AI and may occasionally misread or oversimplify your website. Review each video before you post it.

You're responsible for making sure your use of Generated Content (including any trademarks, music, or claims it contains) complies with the rules of the platforms you post it to and with applicable law.

5. Credits, plans, and billing

Each video consumes one credit. Credits are monthly on paid plans and all-time on the free trial. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Prices may change with notice.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Virasy AI to create misleading, harmful, hateful, or deceptive content; to infringe others' rights; to misrepresent products or outcomes; or to spam, scrape, or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that harm other users or the service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee views, engagement, sales, or any marketing outcome from Generated Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and data, email us — deletions are completed within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sections 4, 7, and 8 survive termination.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
